According to licensing concept ag85lc1 licensing activity has to be realized with the following entities which can have custom names and be customly grouped in groups which also can have custom names:
- licensing records – data pieces with the following structure of fields each of which is optional:

- licensing units – data of licensing records with at least one value for each of groups action acceptors, action pretension levels, actors and actions and with value of field products;
- license – a set of licensing units;
- licensing collections – collections of custom values of fields
and claims are to be made with licenses.
